By creating an account or using PulseFeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 1. Service Description PulseFeed provides AI-powered social media content generation, scheduling, analytics, and trend intelligence tools. The platform connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. 2. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content generated and published through PulseFeed. 3. Content Ownership Content you create or generate through PulseFeed remains your intellectual property. By using PulseFeed, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. AI-generated content suggestions are provided as drafts — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. 4. Acceptable Use You may not use PulseFeed to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform. Automated access beyond the provided API is prohibited. 5. Billing & Cancellation Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase per our money-back guarantee. 6. Limitation of Liability PulseFeed Inc. is not liable for content published through your connected social media accounts. We do not guarantee specific engagement results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. 7.
